Returns & Refunds: Please inspect all received orders promptly. If any delivery issues, defects, damages or mismatches occur, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can correct the issue. We will provide a pre-paid return label or replacement items where applicable.
You may return most unused products in original condition up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund. Customized products may have different policies. Refunds will be issued to your original payment source. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.
